Everbright Greentech Wins the Bid for Suzhou Wujiang Qidu Waste Landfill Integrated Management Project

21 September 2018, Hong Kong - China Everbright Greentech Limited ("Everbright Greentech" or the "Company") (HKSE: 1257) is pleased to announce that the Company has recently won the bid for Wujiang Qidu Waste Landfill Integrated Management Project in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province ("Qidu Project"), showing good momentum of environmental remediation business development.

Qidu Project commands a contract value of approximately RMB31.50 million, which is the fourth environmental remediation project the Company has secured since signing the first one in May this year.

The Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law was passed unanimously on 31 August and will be implemented on 1 January 2019. It is China’s first specific law designed to regulate soil pollution prevention and control, reflecting the country’s determination to steadily promote its battle for pure land. This will also boost the strong growth of the soil remediation industry, providing vital development opportunities for our environmental remediation business. Leveraging on the Company’s competitive operation capability and sound reputation, Everbright Greentech has consistently made achievements in the expansion of the environmental remediation market over the last four months, securing four new environmental remediation projects in a short period of time.
