Everbright Greentech Secures Jiangsu Haimen Solid Waste Integrated Treatment Project

11 July 2019, Hong Kong – China Everbright Greentech Limited (“Everbright Greentech” or the “Company”) (HKSE: 1257) is pleased to announce that the Company has recently secured Haimen Solid Waste Integrated Treatment Project (“Haimen Project”) in Jiangsu Province, with an investment of approximately RMB300 million.

Haimen Project has a designed annual incineration processing capacity of 20,000 tonnes and a designed annual physiochemical processing capacity of 10,000 tonnes for hazardous waste. The project will be invested in and constructed on a BOO (Build-Operate-Own) model for an operating period of no less than 50 years.
