Everbright Greentech Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Postal Savings Bank of China Shenzhen Branch

30 July 2019, Hong Kong – China Everbright Greentech Limited (“Everbright Greentech” or the “Company”) (HKSE: 1257) is pleased to announce that the Company has recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shenzhen Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. (“PSBC Shenzhen Branch”), marking a new collaboration between the two parties in the field of ecological and environmental protection.

Pursuant to the agreement, PSBC Shenzhen Branch will offer a full range of high-quality, efficient, preferential and customised financial services to Everbright Greentech, by providing a total of approximately RMB5 billion financial support to the Company over the next three years, with a focus on supporting the investment, construction and daily operations of the Company's environmental protection projects.

The Company will take this strategic cooperation as an opportunity to continue enhancing this bilateral collaboration, and join hand with PSBC Shenzhen Branch to develop a stable and win-win partnership for the long run.
