Everbright International Completes Reverse Takeover of HanKore Environment
Everbright Water Officially Lists on Singapore Exchange
22 December 2014, Hong Kong – China Everbright International Limited ("Everbright International" or the "Group") (SEHK: 00257) is pleased to announce that China Everbright Water Holdings Limited ("CEWHL"), the Group's wholly-owned subsidy, has completed the reverse takeover of HanKore Environment Tech Group Limited ("HanKore Environment") (U9E.SI) on 12 December 2014. Following this, HanKore Environment's stock name on the Singapore Exchange has been changed to China Everbright Water Limited ("Everbright Water").This morning, Mr. Liu Jun, Deputy General Manager of China Everbright Group Limited and Vice-chairman of Board of Directors, Everbright International, Mr. Chen Xiaoping, CEO of Everbright International and Chairman of China Everbright Water, Mr. Wang Tianyi, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Everbright Water and Mr. Magnus Böcker, CEO of Singapore Exchange attended the official ceremony, which included the hitting of the gong, to mark Everbright Water's listing on Singapore Exchange.

Everbright Water has 32 waste water treatment plants with a total designed daily waste water treatment capacity of over 3 million m3. The company operates in many locations including Beijing as well as Jiangsu, Shandong, Shaanxi and Henan provinces.
