Everbright Water Wins Nanjing Pukou Reusable Water Project

Singapore, 15 December 2015 - China Everbright Water Limited ("Everbright Water" or the "Company", SGX: U9E) (中国光大水务有限公司), an environmental protection company focusing on integrated environmental water services, is pleased to announce that it has won the tender for Nanjing Pukou Reusable Water Project in Jiangsu Province ("Pukou Reusable Water Project" or the "Project") with the highest ranking in the overall score rating.

Pukou Reusable Water Project has a designed daily reusable water supply capacity of 40,000 m³ and will be built on a BOT basis (Build-Operate-Transfer). It will be constructed in two phases, the Project Phase I will have a designed daily reusable water supply capacity of 20,000 m³, with a total investment of RMB45.7 million. The water discharge will comply with the standard as category IV surface water and the Project Phase I is expected to commence operation in 2016.
