Everbright International named "Most Honored Company" by Institutional Investor

25 July 2017, Hong Kong - China Everbright International Limited ("Everbright International" or the "Group") (HKSE: 00257) is pleased to announce that the Group has been named "Most Honored Company" and placed in the top three in several rankings in the 2017 All-Asia (ex-Japan) Executive Team rankings ("the Rankings") organised by Institutional Investor, an influential global finance magazine. The Group was recognised by the Rankings for its outstanding performance in several areas such as corporate leadership and investor relations. The recognitions also reflect the investment sector's acknowledgement of Everbright International's expertise in management, corporate governance and investor engagement.

A total of 2,510 companies across 18 business sectors were nominated in the Rankings, which were based on the votes of over 3,900 buy-side and sell-side investment professionals from 980 financial service firms. Out of all the candidates, only the most outstanding 2.1%, including Everbright International, are named "Most Honored Company" by the investment professionals.

In addition to being acknowledged as a "Most Honored Company", Everbright International achieved top three position in the Industrials sector in Asia (ex-Japan) in each of the following categories: "Best CEOs", "Best IR Companies", "Best Analyst Days", "Best Websites" and "Best IR Professionals".
