Everbright Greentech Secures Jiangsu Feng County Household Waste Emergency Landfill Site and Leachate Regulating Pool Construction Project

26 February 2019, Hong Kong – China Everbright Greentech Limited (“Everbright Greentech” or the “Company”) (HKSE: 01257) is pleased to announce that the Company has recently secured Jiangsu Feng County Household Waste Emergency Landfill Site and Leachate Regulating Pool Construction Project (“Feng County Project”), with a contract value of approximately RMB30.32 million. The project marks the 10th environmental remediation project that was independently undertaken by the Company.

Feng County Project involves two parts of construction work: i) the construction of the household waste emergency landfill site, which commands a contract value of approximately RMB26.22 million; and ii) the construction of the leachate regulating pool, with a contract value of approximately RMB4.10 million.

Following the launch of its environmental remediation management center in August 2017, Everbright Greentech has been striving to develop business in the environmental remediation segment, regarding it a key business focus. As a result, the Company has made good progress in the market expansion of this segment, with its environmental remediation business beginning to take shape. Leveraging on its advanced engineering technology and management capabilities, in addition to strong synergy effects among its projects, the Company has independently undertaken ten environmental remediation projects to date. As its environmental remediation business progresses smoothly, Everbright Greentech is committed to enhancing its overall strength and market influence in this business segment.
